The Swedish theatrical metal band Avatar, led by the charismatic Johannes Eckerström, are preparing to unveil their most ambitious stage production yet with a major European headline run in 2026. Billed as A Night To Be Torn Apart in select cities, or simply AVATAR dates, the tour launches on February 5, 2026, in Stockholm, Sweden, and spans Europe and the UK.
The Avatar tour supports upcoming studio album Don’t Go In The Forest, due in October 2026, and promises a fully immersive metal spectacle. Alien Weaponry and Witch Club Satan will provide support on most dates, with major stops planned in London, Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam, and Milan.
In addition to headlining shows, Avatar will appear at major festivals including Welcome to Rockville and Sonic Temple in May 2026, and join Metallica and Pantera for select European stadium dates, including Frankfurt. This is Avatar at their boldest—don’t miss it.
